Description
Fermented in stainless steel then aged on lees for one month. Fresh apricot fruit, soft acidity. Viognier can be expensive but this expressive wine from vineyards on the bank of the Danube is exemplary. Bulgaria, Danube Plain
Produced at Chateau Burgozone in north west Bulgaria, a family owned estate. the grapes are hand picked allowing careful selection. The region is in line with Bordeaux and Chianti, a perfect place to make wine.
