Description

Spätlese is the term given to wines that have reached a particular level of ripeness, measured by sugar content. The wine is medium sweet, beautifully ripe and with a long and lingering taste. Honey, grapefruit, tropical fruit all wrapped up in a zing of acidity. Lovely on its own and delicious with mild to mid strength cheese. 8%
