DELIVERY AND RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your wine we ask you to advise us asap, and we will credit the value of the wine or swap it for an alternative. Any unopened bottles of the same still in your possession we will arrange to have collected. We will substitute any out of stock with a similar wine to that which is out of stock.
MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order is 1 bottle.

DELIVERY
Orders placed by Wednesday will typically be delivered before the weekend. There is no charge for orders collected from Hartley Wintney. The charge for delivery is £10.50 per consignment mainland UK. Delivery is free for orders of £175 or over to a single address. Deliveries within a 10 mile radius of Hartley Wintney, Hampshire are free of charge.
Highlands and Islands – there is an additional £10.00 surcharge but this is still well below our costs. Postcodes affected are HS, IV, KW, ZE, AB17 – 20, AB26 – 29, AB31 – 38, PA20 – 38, PH4 – 44.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight – deliveries to these destinations will be quoted prior to delivery and charged at cost
PAYMENT
We accept Paypal Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta, not Diners. Payment will be made when the goods are dispatched.
CHECKOUT
Once you have placed your order you will receive an acknowledgement, and then the order will be prepared and despatched. If you wish to cancel the order within 7 days then the goods will be credited, and we reserve the right to charge you for the collection and return.
