Description

Ripe Apricot, White Peach, Pink Grapefruit, Mineral. After 3 days in contact with the grape skins, 60% of the juice moves to new and 40% to 1 use barrels for prolonged and cold natural fermentation. The wine is kept with its yeast lees for 11 months, resulting in mouth filling richness. The wine should grow immensely with bottle age. Siria , Arinto , Verdelho, Gouveio and Viognier Alentejo, vegan, 13.5%
