Description

70% Grenache 30% Syrah grown on 50 – 60 year old vines, low yield 30hl/ha. Traditional winemaking, punching of cap, 15 days fermentation in concrete vats. Purple colour, bright and clear, the nose is rich and intense underlined by hints of black fruit, pepper and floral aromas: the palate is smooth, rounded with supple tannins and very silky. 14%
