Description

Goldschatz means ‘Pot of Gold’ and this wine is aptly named. It is made from four different grape varieties, picked when shrivelled on the vine, often with the benefit of ‘noble rot’. It meand the wine is immensely concentrated, rich and yet still with acidity. 37.5 cl –  Sauvignon Blanc, Ortega, Huxelrebe, Rieslaner Vintage 1993, 1994, 1998, 1999, 2007 and 2011 –  11.00 % vol.  acidity 9,5 g/l Residual sugar 187 g/l
