Clear, luminous with green tints. Ripe figs and gooseberries. Fresh and crisp with a lingering aftertaste of tropical fruits. This full-bodied, complex wine with its racy acidity has the capacity to age for at least two years if correctly cellared. Savour solo or enjoy with poultry, seafood or salads. 14.2% South Africa, Stellenbosch
The Jackals Dance refers to the name originally given to the property, The Dance of Wolves. However it is understood that the Jackals were mistaken for wolves.
